* Custom / personalized products take 2-3 weeks from start (your order date) to finish (they're in your hands). Please plan accordingly! I advise clients to place orders a minimum of 6 weeks before the party date. I like to take a lot of time collaborating and brainstorming with you. It's more fun for both of us that way! If you are in a hurry or want to mail invitations more than the standard 3 weeks in advance, please notify me and we can work on scheduling rush shipping.

I can easily help you check items off your party planning to-do list. Just let me know what you need and we can brainstorm what coordinating products might work for you.

Old Southern Charm Ordering Process:
1. Check-out with the item(s) you have selected or with a custom listing that I have sent directly to you. Please include all relevant event information in the note section of the order form.

2. Upon check-out, you will receive a confirmation message that the order was submitted.

3. In 1-3 days, you will receive an initial note from me to begin our collaboration. Once the initial plan is confirmed, I will send over a digital proof for your approval. At your go-ahead, the order will be sent to print.

4. Depending on your timetable, the order will either come from me or be direct shipped from my printer. I like to review the order for quality control purposes, but understand that receiving the item on time is of the utmost importance! This decision is made on a case-by-case basis. Either way, when your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to ensure the package arrives safely and on time.

5. Your feedback is crucial - if there are any issues (good or bad), please reach out to me directly. If you love your products, please remember to add a review on them on Etsy too. Personal recommendations are the most important advertising I can get for my small business!
